What do I mean when I say healing and hope?

Healing for me is when you can start to release some of the doubts or painful emotions that once burdened you.​

​​​​

Hope is those moments where you can finally look forward, believing that better times are still possible.

​​​

​​​Together healing and hope create resilience and fortitude. Only by experiencing what you have, can you become what you need to be. If you look at your past, you will see that you have got through difficult times previously, so you know you can do it again.

​

​​​​If you've ever felt challenged by life, if you've ever felt it's all a bit too much, I hope that you might find some comfort in my words.
